Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the sessions?
Your first session is 60 minutes, giving your Mental Performance Consultant some time to get to know you, and to be able to provide definitive answers on how best to help you achieve your goals.
Follow up sessions typically last 30 minutes, depending on the individual needs of the athlete.
How many sessions will I need?
This is different for every athlete. Most of our athletes start with 6 sessions spread out over 2-3 months, but the exact number will vary based on your needs and goals.
Can I work with my Mental Performance Consultant remotely?
Yes! We offer remote coaching for convenience and flexibility.
What if I’m not an elite or professional athlete?
Our program is designed for athletes of all levels, including active adults (everyday athletes) and those new to mental performance coaching.
